We are just a few days away from Christmas Eve and I'm sure things are hectic at everyone's house. Last minute gift shopping, menu planning, grocery shopping, etc.
I felt like changing it up for breakfast and having a little warm delight. I found this recipe online yesterday and it was my first time making french toast ever! I have to admit that it was super easy to make and it was delicious. Perfect for these cold/rainy mornings we've been having here in San Diego, CA.

1/4 cinnamon seemed abit excessive. so I didn't put that much in my recipe.
